The room was chilly, lacking comforters or blankets, and we were surprised to find insufficient towels for all three occupants. I experienced delays in check-in despite prior reservations, which prolonged our wait. The spa services available were commendable, offering a much-needed therapeutic touch amidst our busy schedules. The work desk in the room was also handy for catching up on emails, given my responsibilities as a marine biologist. While Una Franca holds promise in its setting and services, some basic accommodations and timely service improvements would enhance future visits.
