Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Una Franca, I found the tranquil environment particularly conducive for relaxation. The hotel's serene garden area provided a peaceful backdrop for unwinding after a long day exploring the beautiful surroundings. There were a few aspects that detracted from the experience. The room was chilly, lacking comforters or blankets, and we were surprised to find insufficient towels for all three occupants. I experienced delays in check-in despite prior reservations, which prolonged our wait. The spa services available were commendable, offering a much-needed therapeutic touch amidst our busy schedules. The work desk in the room was also handy for catching up on emails, given my responsibilities as a marine biologist. While Una Franca holds promise in its setting and services, some basic accommodations and timely service improvements would enhance future visits. I encourage fellow travelers seeking a serene escape to consider this location, while keeping this feedback in mind.
